In this tutorial, I will show you how to use simple shapes and shading to create a quick butterfly and bee! I used Folk Art brand decorator acrylic paint in a matte finish.

Colors used on butterfly: lavender (for the wings), dark plum (for shading), white (for highlights), and black (for the body).

Colors used on bee: black and yellow.
